STRUCTURE
- Structural System: RCC framed structure designed for seismic compliant (Zone 3)
- Masonry:Solid Block 200 mm thk for external walls & 100mm for internal walls
- Internal floor level: From the Excisting Road level 3' 0" height will be raised

- Bathroom: First quality Glazed ceramic tile up to 7'0"height of size 300 x 600 mm and above ceiling will be finished with a 2 coat patty ,1 Coat of primer and 2 Coats of Asian Tractor Emulsion paint
- Kitchen: First quality Ceramic wall tile of size 300 x 600 mm for a height of 600mm above the counter top finished level
- Toilet ceiling: Not applicable
FLOOR FINISH WITH SKIRTING
- Foyer, Living, Dining, Bedrooms & Kitchen First quality Vitrified tiles of size 1200 x 800 mm from Simpolo /Sunheart or equivalent will be provided.
- Bathroom,Balcony & Utility: First quality Anti-skid ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 mm from Simpolo / Sunheart or equivalent will be provided.
- Open terrace (if applicable): Floors with pressed tiles
- External All round Area: Finished with Paver blocks or equivalent
KITCHEN & DINING
- KITCHEN : RCC Platform will be finished with granite slab of 600 mm width at height of 800 mm from the finished floor level
- Electrical point: For Water purifier, Exhaust & Chimney
- CP fitting: Chromium plated fittings of Jaquar or Equivalent will be provided
- Sink: Stainless steel sink with drain board will be provided

- Power supply: 3 PHASE power supply connection with separate meter will be provided for each villa in the main board located suitable place in the villa at the place of our choice

- Switches & sockets: Modular boxes & modular switches of Panasonic or equivalent will be provided with including two control switch for one light and one fan in each Bedrooms
